a wolf looks to the land, her eyes looking to the fading light as if watching for someone, waiting as if knowing someday they will return, to the place where the dark took away the only life one had known.
the once blood-stained rocks, now faded away the slashs stay on the walls where a wolf clawed for so long trying to get out
a memory returns to the wolf of the time before she was trapped.
the last words she ever heard that of her brother calling out her name.

hurt by the rocks when she tried to claw her way out she dug till her claws turned red only than she looked for a new way
never to succeed, left a trail for a way to return or keep track of every turn.
she spent those last times alone and cold slowly she fell to the depths of a cave.
