In the fall, Forest was born to a hunter of Talen pack and her outsider mate. In the spring, she made her first kill, a red fox. This was when she became stuck in the ice, but Storm helped free her. Next spring, she became the first wolf to lead the hunting expedition through the flood. Next fall, she and an outsider male named 斑紋 produced Lightning. During the summer, Forest discovered 10 mushrooms. We followed the pack from the tundra to the mountains during the fall of Forest's sixth year. During the winter, she became the first wolf of Talen pack to kill a dip. During the summer, Forest became the first wolf of Talen pack to kill Elog Torp. During the winter, Forest saw what appeared to be the spirit of Kal, and led the pack in a run alongside their fallen foundress. Next winter, she became the first wolf of Talen pack to have killed a hyrax. Next winter, she became the first wolf of Talen pack to kill an alpaca and killed the first Belsnickel of the season. During the summer, her mother passed away. During the fall, Forest became the first wolf of Talen pack to kill a bighorn sheep. During the spring, Forest found 10 mushrooms, then found 10 more in the fall. Also in the fall, she killed the first Jormunand, Fenrir, Hel, and Olga Gustavson of the season. At the end of the season, when Forest was twelve years old, the pack moved from the mountains to the desert. That winter, Forest led the pack in a hunt alongside their fallen foundress and her mate.

Forest is a very playful wolf. She doesn't seem to take hunting as seriously as Fox or Breeze do, and even treats the alphas with joviality. It seems that they can't bring themselves to punish her for it. Forest is close friends with Coast.
