Biography "I love you Cassimir, I'll love you like the Moon loves the Valley. I'll hold myself close to you, even to the hour I turn to dust."
Cinderelle was an outsider to the pack, born from a fourth clan, a clan of darkness that dwelt in the tunneled caves near the Red Wastes. They were Nameless. This pack had coats of black or dark brown, and all they knew was darkness. They hunt the deserts and sparse brownlands during the knight, nourished by snakes, rats, bats, and rabbits. Pups were raised in darkness and night-lights of stars and moons. Some of them worshipped Moon Goddess and others the Lord of Night. The routine serenity coupled with the paranoia of all of the outside world, cultism, demented psychology and the often incestuous nature of this pack was feared by their neighbors. Every decade, the pack would perform rituals, and 'save' pups of neighboring packs to raise in the darkness. This kept inbreeding from becoming too prolific. Cinderelle's grandmother was such a pup. Cinderelle discovered memories of the outside world in the quiet of the night as she listened to her grandmother's stories. Cinderelle was sent to be servant to the Moon Goddess at a young age. It was perhaps the only thing that allowed her to assess to the world beyond the caves. For years Cinderelle planned to escape. On the night of the ritual, when three wolves would be sent to the three neighboring packs to steal pups away, she chose to visit the mightiest of the packs--House Bron, rulers of the Mystral Valley and Gold Glass Sea. No other wolves volunteered, and Cinderelle knew--with the passing of her grandmother--that there was no reason to stay. She was found by a wolf that seemed to be much like her own people. But his eyes glowed gold like the sea at sunrise. Like the sun itself. Cassimir. Cassimir taught her about the world of the sun, and vowed to protect her for all of his life. She loved him. And feared him. For she forgot about the Moon Goddess and the Lord of Night. They plagued her with visions and dreams--things that would never happen--but punishments, preying on her soft spirit. Cinderelle wished for nothing but to serve Cassimir, who became the love of her life, her old and steadfast savior. The day he gave into her love and for a moment she was happy. But when she discovered she was carrying pups, she feared they would be stolen away and that her old gods would make her pay. To her own astonishment, she gave birth to the most beautiful girl pup that the Nameless would have ever deemed. Cassindra was kissed by moonlight with eyes of darkness...but with the sun on her shoudlers to herald a new future. Cinderelle was never granted much time with Cassimir...she was 7 years his junior. She saw her daughter become a juvenile, trained by the best in the Bron household. Loved as Cinderelle could only dream of. Cinderelle knew she would never escape the Nameless, and the entire pack would endure their wrath if they discovered her here. She met death with peace in her failing heart, by Cassimir's side and in the sunlight. For Cassindra, she was the dearest thing in the world.
