Her ear twitches as the pups loudly yelp and bark during their play fight. Knowing Teddy is near them, on the watch for any predators, she trusts it's safe for them to make a little noice.
As you walk up to Rebel, she quickly gets on her paws, but when she realizes you're not a threat to her family, her body language relaxes and she looks at you with curiosity in her eyes. Despite no longer seeing you as a threat, she remains right between you and her pups, making sure it's clear to you that she will not let you pass.
