But the short of it is: don't use Postimage, it isn't allowed. I just didn't realize my link was a Postimage link because it was a direct link, then it sort of de-made itself a direct link and now gives anyone who clicks that link weird Postimage ads, lol.

Basically, Postimage isn't allowed to be used anymore because the ads it exposes users to are not appropriate at all.

I think there was some talk about it in the mod thread about whether or not we should retroactively remove images posted to the forums that are direct links. I'll have to double-tap with what the final consensus was but I just wouldn't use it all.

Because uh.. for example, even with the direct link I just posted, it kind of pops out of "direct link mode" and will give you ads on the sidebar which is the whole reason it was banned.

Character Description
Biography
Lana witnessed lots of deaths as a pup. Her brother's, her best friend's, and ehr own mother's. On just her 1st birthday she was an orphan. Her father had died from a fatal buffalo kick on a hunt. Lana decided to do what she had to do: run away. She left one dark morning with a deer leg. She ran until the weight of the deer leg became too much and she collapsed. She lay there for nearly two days, nibbling on the deer leg every few hours. She became skinny and weak after only a few days. Her ribs showed through her now greasy dirty coat and she could barely carry herself a few feet. By then she had finished the deer leg and was starving.

Lana just laid in a hollow tree for what she thought would be the few more days of her life. But at the last minute a young wolf found her. His name was Hemaku. He turned out to be the omega of Rayless Hollow Pack, and he formed a friendship with Lana. He visited her every day and brought her food. Soon they fell in love. Lana became pregnant with Hemaku's pups and Hemaku took her to introduce her to his pack. Lana was accepted in and had her pups. But Hemaku and Lana had a huge fight. They no longer cared for each other. The alpha, Kage fell in love with Lana and she became alpha.
