| Ever If you're going more realistic, I like to pull pictures off of Pinterest of cats and kind of trace over them to get the general anatomy down. Also seeing cats in real life or in videos helps, you can get more of a hang of their movements and how to pose them fluidly. If you want a more cartoon-ish style for them then looking at old Multi-Animator Projects and seeing what elements of styles you like can be helpful! One problem I see a lot is general body shaping where the cats look more like wolves, or making the muzzle a bit too round. Hope this helps :)! |
