My niehgbor is purposefully loud to piss me off, and I try my best to be quiet, but she's like literally been knocking on her walls, and I'm literally just sitting on my floor unscrewing a shelf thing with a screwdriver (not even a drill) and she's KNOCKING on the ceiling.
