Biography
As a pup, Kyrene wandered aimlessly between the towering limestone columns that had begun to crumble. Ancient colosseums and Greek theatres dotted the landscape. Her sister, Kyairo had begun caring for her when their mother disappeared one night. Their mother, Sadie had told them to stay put and that she'd be back in the morning for them while she went out for the night with a male whose name was Karter.
Kyrene and Kyairo had waited all night long for their mother, expectantly waiting to see her familiar face enter the den, but she didn't appear. Kyairo had been born two years earlier than Kyrene, but they had the same parents. It was after Sadie had told her first mate, Chaos, that she was carrying a litter. He left her, telling Sadie that he could not support her. Kyrene and Kyairo still waited, but they grew tiresome. Something told Kyrene her mother was not returning, and she was right.
As she grew, her sister, Kyairo, grew to be her motherly figure. Kyairo taught Kyrene how to stalk and hunt her prey and vital combat skills. Kyrene was thankful that her sister had stuck by her side, until the day Kyairo was struck by a horned viper she had carelessly annoyed.
Kyrene sobbed for days beside her sister's body, until a passing male, Aspledon, told her he was heading towards The Misaki Pack. "Would you like to join me?" He asked her as he sat down in front of Kyrene. He was about the same age as her. "I can't leave her here..." Kyrene said shakily. "Is that what your sister would want? For you to stay behind and miss out on opportunities?" Aspledon asked. Kyrene paused and then frowned. "I-I guess not, no." Kyrene took her eyes off of Kyairo and looked up at the larger male. "I'm Kyrene...I'd be pleased to accompany you." She gave him a small, halfhearted smile. "And I'm Aspledon. Come, let's give your sister a burial." He told her gently as he stood and rolled a large stone over to Kyairo. "I dedicate this to the beloved wolf Kyairo." He said aloud. Nothing happened, except for the gust of wind that swept past them. Aspledon had seen his father do this once before. He'd never tried it until now.
"What was that?" Kyrene asked. "Oh...nothing, this is just a memorial site for your sister." He explained. Kyrene nodded as she too began to move a few rocks, adding them up in layers. "It looks like a pyramid..." Kyrene exclaimed when they were finished. "It is supposed to be a miniature one, yes. My father did this to his best battle wolves." Aspledon paused and turned. "Ready to go? You know Kyairo's soul is resting easy now?" Aspledon explained. Kyrene wasn't sure what this male meant, and she wasn't sure why she trusted him, but something inside of her told her she could, and together they started their trek towards The Misaki Pack.

Kyrene is an inquisitive wolf. She enjoys accompanying Aspledon in his outings, especially when he brings something back, and that is every trip he takes. Kyrene doesn't speak much about her past because she sees Kyairo's face grinning at her, in a good way.
Preferences
Kyrene's prefers to spend her time with Aspledon, though she's unsure if she feels any sort of attention towards him or just admiration because he helped her to become part of The Misaki Pack, who gave her a permanent home, and should she choose to leave, they do no judge, nor do they hold grudges.
Special Skills
A she spends her time with Aspledon, Kyrene has begun to pick up on his ability to locate hidden objects such as relics and charms. She'd grown accustomed to looking for smaller things that other wolves often overlooked such as the little buds on flowers that begin to blossom and the bees that pollinate the the flowers.
