Biography
He was born on a cold and rainy night, the moonlight casting an eerie look over his pack's territory. His father was the true definition of a brutal alpha, believing that the world belonged to the strong. If you were weak, you didn't deserve to walk the land.
Divul was the runt of his pack, the smallest of his littermates. No one expected him to survive the first winter, but he did. And, when he was old enough to do things on his own, his father forced him to leave the pack. His mother begged and pleaded for him to be able to stay, but his father refused.
During his time on his own Divul experienced many near-death experiences. Going days without eating and harsh weather, bigger predators. Hunters, other dangerous packs. When he was just over a year old, Divul was captured and auctioned off to a Circus where he was forced to do things for human entertainment. Beaten, starved. When he wasn't performing his act, he was kept in a small silver cage.
It was on Halloween night when Divul decided he wanted out. The Circus was doing a carnival for children, with scary clowns and other workers dressed as monsters. When his handler had come to drag him out, Divul played the part of cowering in his cage. Lunging forth the second he was out. Sinking his teeth deep in the neck of his handler and ripping out his throat.
He had fled, snapping his bloody teeth at anyone who dared come near him. He spent many months on his own, unleashing every bit of pent-up rage he had. "I will be weak no longer! Fear me, for I am the thing that lurks in the dark. The thing you were raised to fear!"
Other packs taught their young to be fearful of the gigantic black wolf, the one with eyes that showed Hell and promised great suffering. Throughout the time he spent on his own, he earned many scars. Losing pieces of his ears in the process.
Divul stayed alone for a long while before returning back to his pack. His father was still the same brutal alpha he was the day Divul was born. And when Divul had stepped out of the trees, his head low and eyes bloodthirsty, his father had begun to plead. He knew of the stories, knew that one day he would return.
No one answered the cries of the alpha, for they knew that he deserved what was happening. It was his fate.
After it was over, Divul had turned back to the forest. And it was there that he met a strange man with even stranger companions. A man with horns on his head and a mouth full of sharp blood-stained teeth. His eyes were a bright white-silver and reminded Divul of the moon.
"I have heard your stories," the demon had said. "And I have heard your cries. Even in Hell, we know of you, Devil. I come with an offering and a promise," he said. "I promise that you will never be weak again."
From his hands, the demon offered him to drink. It was painful at first, but in the end, Divul could feel the power he now carried. The demon had become his friend, along with the bull and the other wolf which later Divul learned were Kenobi and JU-ON. It was the demon that made Divul return to his pack, where he protected the remaining wolves still there. Ripping apart anything that dared showed as a threat.
Divul has earned many names, though it took a while before the stories that were told about him changed. He was no longer known as "The Beast of the night", Instead, they referred to him as "The Hound of Hell."

Murderous, Dangerous. He shows no mercy and doesn't hesitate to do the dirty work for his pack. The other wolves are scared of him, which doesn't bother Divul at all. In his opinion, it's best to be feared.
Preferences
Divul likes the shadows. Given his dark colors, he goes unseen.
