Character Description
Biography
Honeydapple
A most noble and wise Alpha, her experience and wisdom grew from an early age. This is her story. The story behind a legend. An Alpha who came home to her Pack and started a strong Pack. One of loyalty, bravery and determination.
As A Pup
Honeydapple was adopted into the Pack as a pup. She was a playful and happy-go-lucky kind of gal. She brightened everyone's moods and reminded them that life has simple joys if one remembers to look past their sorrows.
She began her training quickly, gaining knowledge. She felt a strong spiritual connection with their ancestors and sought to please them every chance she could.
As A Juvenile
Her first few hunting trips brought moderate successes to the Pack and it was clear she would grow to be a wise and reliable hunter. Her timing was perfect, going in for the kill gracefully yet powerfully.
She continued to gain more knowledge as the Pack respected her more and more.
As An Omega
Even in such a low rank, the Pack had immense respect for this star achiever. She was loyal, proven countless times over and over again. She challenged the loyalty of those who snickered about their Alpha. She threatened any wolf who dared trespass their borders. She was well loved and even then some speculated she would make a great Alpha.
Leaving The Pack
Before she was bound to be appointed Beta, she left the Pack. She was tired and weary of those who began to mock her. As the Pack numbers had grown, the newer wolves despised her and threw insult after insult. While her other Packmates assured her this was not of her own doing, she felt guilt.
She left the Pack to seek acceptance and belonging. She traveled from Pack to Pack, meeting friendly faces and some meaner ones. I didn't discourage her, however.
As she was gone, the Pack tore itself apart. The newer wolves gained control, killing the precious Alpha and her pups. It was chaos and the older wolves were killed or fleeing.
Once Honeydapple heard word of this, she immediately came back to the Pack and challenged the wolves. She ran them off as quickly as possible.
Back Home With A Broken Pack
She was torn. The new wolves had left and she managed to find some of the old ones. She tried to rebuild the Pack and shape them into a beautiful family once more.
A Beta, Finally
As one of the older wolves assumed the role of the new Alpha, Honeydapple was made into a Beta. She helped train the Pack back into its former glory the best she could. She found new members and whipped them into shape in time before the older wolves slowly began to reach their final sunset.
An Alpha
When the older Alpha passed on, Honeydapple was passed on that role. She kept the Pack running. Eventually all that was left were the newer recruits.
She ran the Pack well, training when needed while keeping food plentiful.
And In Death
When Honeydapple passed away, her Pack mourned her with pure sorrow. She truly would be missed.
Honeydapple watches over her former Pack from a distance, her spirit blessings the new pups each spring with joy and a willingness to learn.
It was declared that once a pups of similar marking is born, they are to be named after her and the next Alpha. This will soon become a tradition amongst the Pack.
