| The fluff is very true, your boy definitely did not have the Pyrenees fluff. His fur also did not appear to have the same texture as their coat. To me he looks more like a white golden than a Pyrenees. |

| Insane Sanity, literally nothing about my dog looks Pyrenees and people ask me all. the. time. if he is one. Pyrenees are lighter-boned, much fluffier, and have floppy ears. My dog has fur that lies close to his body, has no ears, and is way thicker than a Pyrenees. Not to mention he doesn't have a tail, either. |

| And it almost always results in a Craigslist ad, "Rehoming! Don't have the time for him anymore!" like, buddy, you signed up for a well-trained animal and forgot the fact that you have to train them, *well*, in order for that to happen. It's an epidemic in Denver. I used to be an EMT there and I cannot tell you how many times those "service" dogs tried to eat me for getting a boot in the front door. |

| Rook, hey, dude, it's Main Chat. *Please* butt in so I'm not just talking to myself, lmao. But yeah, I. Know. It's awful. Every dog community anything I've tried to join online, it's always the self-diagnosed POTS service dog because they don't want the psychiatric service dog stigma but they had to have something that sounded valid and then they have an Aussie mix that has anxiety but is 'doing really well' working on its reactivity to become a service dog. |

| Dreamer+ Sorry to butt in, but dude - Soooo many people are living in tiny ass 1 bedroom apartments with these "service" dogs that are the most ill-behaved, anxious, reactive animals on the planet. And it's always a Husky or Aussie or some other high-energy breed. It's ridiculous. |

| I think the only like super surefire way to rile me up is to talk about breeding your shitty purebred dog or watching dogs that aren't suited for service work being pushed into it. Or calling my dog a Pyrenees. Or saying doodles can be purposebred for service dog work. Or someone with a Malinois saying dog training is really easy. Or people who seek ungodly off breeds to be service dogs and then talk about how they can't handle a wash. |
