Biography

The Clan rested long enough. Thunderstar was becoming anxious and afraid that other packs would arrive to new territory before ShadoeClan. "Shadowstar... we should start going. We have rested a good bit." Nodding in agreement, he and Thunderstar got everyone together and they set out.
"I'm thirrrrrrsty", Cloudpup moaned. "Sh! Don't make us stop again!" Featherfall was determined to not have the clan stop just to satisfy a pup. Breezepelt turned around, and stared with pity. Poor Cloudpup was falling asleep, and his tounge looked very dry. "Um, dad? Maybe we could stop at the stream ahead? Just for a second..." Shadowstar turned around, and at the instant he saw Cloudpup he grabbed him by the scruff, trotted the the stream ahead of the froup, and allowed Cloudpup to drink. "Featherfall!" Shadowstar said, scolding the new mother. "He was dehydrated! Why didn't you say something?" But Featherfall looked down at her paws, ashamed of herself.
"Do you need something?" A brown and white male wolf appeared, at the other side of the stream. Owlpelt replied, "No, thank you. We are just using the stream for one of our pups. Poor thing almost collapsed on us!" The wolf looked at the pup, still lapping up water with his dry and cracked tongue. "Who are you anyway?" The wolf crossed the stream by a bed of rocks above the water, and stood next to Owlpelt. He was strong and muscular, obviously a well fed wolf. "My name is Hawk. I come from the S.B. Pack. we are a group of wanderers." Shadowstar came in front of Owlpelt, and asked, "Do you do much?" He stated his question wrongly, hoping the wolf wouldn't be offended. "Heh. Nope. We sit around and do nothing." "Well, we are trying to explore the world. No, we will explore the world! Hawk, if I may call you that, would you care to join us? If your Pack is doing, you know, nothing...?" Hawk nodded. "But would you mind leaving some mushrooms behind, just so they know I am okay?" As requested, 500 mushrooms were dropped on the ground. "Thanks."
"I, Shadowstar, call upon the stars to guide this wolf in the direction that is destined for him. By leaving his past behind, he will receive a new name." Shadowstar looked at Hawk's paws, with long curved and sharp claws sticking out. "By the consent of the stars, his name shall be Hawkclaw." Finally, Cloudpelt finished drinking from the stream. Surprisingly, there was still water in the stream! They grouped up, and set out on their adventure once again.
