Since she is the best battle wolf in this pack, Snowstar's path is set on the leader, explorer, and the warrior queen path.
Snowstar is the current female Alpha because she's the first generation and she leads the Explore pack. She won't stop. Instead, she'll keep on sharpening her skills. Of course, she will aid and let the young train, but she is competitive, so once they've trained enough, she'll try to make the kills again.
Snowstar is now an elder, so she will start resting when she gets to 300 BE. May she enjoy many days of relaxation and receive care from the young. She will still rule, she just won't participate in explores anymore, making Nightbreeze the next permanent main explorer.

Snowmist takes a bite of a squirrel, brought by Chestnutpaw while comforting her latest daughter, Hopepup.
"Mom, let me help you take care of my sister," Blackfur offered, padding in. She is the oldest daughter of Snowmist. "You need to rest and enjoy your last days."

Snowmist pads up to Darklight. "May I please make an announcement?" She asks.
Darklight raises her right brow, though doesn't question her. "Sure!"
She gathered the wolves of the pack. "Let all wolves gather for a pack meeting!" She yowls. Wolves immediately emerge from their dens and trot to the center. Everyone looks at Darklight obediently.
Darklight turns to Snowmist, signaling her to start. Snowmist nods, then begins.
"All of you are well aware that I have reached the age range of an elder. Therefore, I am officially retiring from my female Alpha position, and I am allowing the position to be given to the former female Beta and current unofficial wolf, Darklight."
Murmurs of shock ripples across the small huddled crowd. "Snowmist, you can't be doing this!" Spottedstar cries at the foot of the Highrock the female speakers are standing on. "You are still as fit as us, and are best at explores."
Snowmist shakes her head, smiling halfheartedly. "The explore team is getting stronger and better, so you don't need me anymore. Plus, I can already feel some of the elder nerves kicking in.
"Our pack will do fine without me. Also, since I am on my last life, Darklight can go receive her 5 lives as soon as I advance to StarPack."
Darklight is at a loss of words. "Snowmist... you're such a great leader! I will never be as good as you, so please guide us longer!"
