A delusional wolf who thinks she's a cat (a tomcat, no less) but since she's so damn badass, all the others just leave her alone with her craziness.
Stray claims to have come from a weird feral cat colony where useless kittens are treasured and magnificent feline warriors (like herself) are slain by an insane kitten overlord. She also claims to have leopard ancestry. Take it with a grain of salt however as she also claims that a shadow government of reptilian wolves from Alpha Centauri secretly control the Realm and she firmly believes that the Earth isn't round but shaped like a fish instead.
Yeah, she has quite the infatuation with fish or the "divine food" as she calls it. Unsurprisingly she loves hanging out with cats, who for some reason don't mind her company at all.

She joined the Elite after Corona Radiata's and King of the Wasteland's death.
