Since Nōhime II was left in the woods as a pup, abandoned to wander and eventually die, she has had an obsession with death. She knows the only reason she ever survived the woods alone was because some divine being took pity on her, boosting her health until she managed to find help. And she knows she's farther from death than most wolves. But her whole life she has been fascinated by death, and it was this that led her to ask about the myth of Nohime. She had lived in this pack long before Nō had, and her story had been twisted and distorted. It was said that she was sent to kill a wolf in the pack named Nobunaga, a great military leader, but instead she fell in love with him. Some say she betrayed her father and was punished, others say she had deemed Nobunaga worthy and spared his life. Some portray her as manipulative and conniving, some as demure and mysterious. But all stories have one thing in common. After Nobunaga was killed in an uprising, Nohime went into mourning, tragically heartbroken at the loss of her mate. Nō was fascinated by this story, and she gave herself the name after Nohime, calling herself Nōhime II. She has since not let go of her fascination with death, and every day she trains hard and kills without remorse.

Personality
Nōhime II is not a ruthless wolf. She is not cruel and she does not kill for the sake of killing. She has never had a bloodthirsty thought, does not laugh at the sight of suffering, does not mock the idea of death. She does not live in fear, either. She lives in morbid fascination. She lives totally entwined in the macabre fabric of a life focused only on the end. She knows she will die, and that does not bother her. But she knows a bit too much about death. She has studied philosophy and theory and so has come to believe that she is the final word on death. What this has given her that is so dangerous is a god complex, a belief that she alone can know who deserves to live and who does not. Her heart is in the right place, but she cannot see her power-hungry ways for what they are. She kills bad wolves, she kills prey, she kills monsters, because that is "the way it should be." Nothing pleases Nōhime II more than putting things back to the way nature intended it. She is serious at all times, and a highly intelligent wolf with clever ideas and brilliant schemes. This makes her all the more dangerous.

Nōhime II has not always gotten on well with her pack, and she has disagreements with them often. But she is in general fond of most of them, and even if she isn't, she isn't one to start fights. She very much loves her children, though there are two of them who she likes a bit less than the others - they don't seem to understand her adoration of death. She has only two wolves she dislikes, DESTINY SONG and Nanairo no Compass. She has tendency to get into philosophical debates with them, and usually ends up resorting to brute force.
