"Fear." Azalea looked up as the she-wolf approached. She jumped to her feet without a moment to spare. "My name is not Fear." she hissed, her hackles raised. Cold blue eyes greeted her. "Yes, I know. But that is my name." Fear smiled with no warmth and sat down a couple of feet in front of her. Azalea, startled, jumped back a few inches before sitting down. She stretched her paws, testing out her muscles. "I'm here to warn you." Fear whispered, the sound seeming to come from all corners of the forest. "You will experience me in your lifetime. And it's not going to be pretty." the black and slate-colored female gave Azalea one last evil grin, then pounced. Azalea jerked to a start.

Azalea was raised in a litter of 3. Her sister died rather harshly from a mountain lion attack, leaving her, her mother, and her brother. Azalea was a talented pup, yet her brother always got the attention. You see, her mother was the Alpha, and they needed a Beta Male. Beta Female was taken. So Azalea was forced down to the rank of juvenile, making her confidence waver. When Azalea turned 2 years old, she fled the pack and started a journey for a mate. Several males caught her attention, but she didn't capture theirs. It was then that Fear invaded her dreams. Azalea knew it was a warning, an actual one, that warned her of the future ahead. Now more alert, the she-wolf traveled. The night before Azalea's 3rd birthday, she was attacked by bandits. The same ones that killed her brother and mother. She was captured because of her looks and deposited in a horrid pack that treated their wolves like trash. There, she met Azriel. They planned an escape plan, along with two other wolves named Nevada and Teagle. That was when Fear actually struck.
It closed in on the wolves, taunting them, causing hallucinations and phantasmagoric images. Teagle, lost in all of his horrible past, fell to the side and was consumed in Fear's jaws. Nevada fought, injuring herself and her opponent, then limped off with blood clouding her vision. Azriel and Azalea fought Fear with all their strength and marched through the forest, all the way back home. Nevada had managed to drag herself to Moonlit Wolves and was treated by the healer, Andromeda. Byrne and Lark stepped down and Azriel and Azalea were promoted to Alpha. They ruled the pack in paradise and peace and they still are to this day.
