Biography
Mapleleaf approached Sunpelt during her patrol, hoping to find a pack now that her parents had died, leaving her alone. She was pregnant, and needed a pack to help her care for her pups. Sunpelt took pity on her, perhaps because she was a mother herself, and brought her back to the den. Her first litter had three pups, although Shiverling died shortly after. The same was true of her second litter, where Cedarling was stillborn.

Much of Mapleleaf's quiet, even temperament is visible in her offspring. A gentle giant, with experience she could be terrifying. However, she chose instead to focus on being a mother and supporting her new pack.
Preferences
Mapleleaf has positive relationships with all of her packmates, but is especially close to the following wolves: her children, with the exception of Pinenose who sort of replaced Mapleleaf with Sunpelt; the Alphas Blood and Smoke and Tempest and Ruin, who treat Mapleleaf as a source of council; Ashes and Dust, who loves to listen to her stories; Nightfang, who came to Mapleleaf for advice on being a mother; and Tango, who is Mapleleaf's best friend.
