Biography
Even as a pup, it was clear Kronan was unique. He didn't seem fazed or startled when the other wolves fought; prey or even other wolves. The land his pack was lived in a land subject to intense natural disasters. The day of an intense earthquake was the first clear sign.
By this time, Kornan had grown to the age of two. As the earth shook violently, he stood strong. Noticing his packmates' panic, he sprung into action. The rust colored male bounded forward, quickly snatching up a pup as the ground underneath them began to give way. The wolf brought the pup to a clearing before bounding back into action.
"Everyone! Follow me!" Kronan barked loudly, grasping the attention of his pack mates. The wolves scrambled to follow the male to a safe space.
Kornan huffed as he check over his pack mates, whispers going around them. Rumors began to spread that the wolf was a hero and a top notch one at that. He however paid no attention to it.
That was years ago from now though. Kornan was currently trotting through unfamiliar territory. He had been promoted to beta male through his skills, but somehow he still felt empty. After a sleepless night of debating, he decided it was due to the lack of a proper mate. He was no stranger to females, his title as a hero getting many who wanted to carry his pups. But those were all love less relationships. The male longed for something more.
He stopped abruptly as a form raced past his face. The running wolf skidded to a stop, looking back at the male. "Ah, you're new here aren't you."
Kornan gave a soft nod, looking over the female's form. She was quiet pretty, he would admit. "Yes. I came here in search of a mate."
The female laughed, shaking her head. "Well, have you bothered to spend anytime getting to know anyone? You might actually find a mate that way."
She seemed to be teasing him and for some reason, he found it interesting. "No, not yet. I only just arrived. You seem like a nice wolf, would you mind showing me around?"
The female raised an eyebrow before chuckling. With a smile she said, "Fine, try to keep up though. I don't like to take things slow." Shockingly, the female winked at him before beginning to run again.
With a huff, Kornan began to follow after her, nearly keeping pace. The female seemed to be abnormally fast, only adding to the list of interesting things about her. Yes, Kornan just might enjoy this stranger's company for a while.
