Biography
He cannot recall a past. Nothing, at least, beyond a moment of cold snow and bloodied feathers beneath his paws. Injured and alone Cassia traveled slow, but went a great distance in search of the answers to who he was. In what he imagined was an exchange for the pain of being abandoned a strange creature in a strange land, Cassia discovered his mate Dea when she fiercely rescued him from the maw of A Great Bear. Her claws and teeth were brilliant, beautiful weapons and as he healed the two began to travel together, a deep bond that felt as old as the oldest stars flickering its way back to life.
They survived this way for many years, hunting and traveling and so wonderfully alive in their journey together. Along the way they gathered many with them including The Wolf Who Was Brother, Samine and discovered many new lands, creatures, and secrets. It wasn't until they found a still forest under the wide, endless and secret sky that they decided it was time to form a pack and bond with land and sky. Now the Star Seekers; Cassia and Dea found themselves with pups and the formation of a strong family and pack. Although the pack often still strays from its territories and embarks on long journeys of discovery for learning and meeting new friend and foe, the forest with its secret sky is forever their home.
Cassia has spent many years with Dea at his side searching for the answers to his mysterious past, but still only has his great black wings and a long forgotten snowy world to give him answers. As they grow older, he imagines the secrets of his past will come to light. Despite being one of the great leaders of the Star Seekers and a wolf of great wisdom, he looks forward to the day his spirit will go to the stars and he and Dea, forever entwined, will find the answers of their powerful bond, Cassia's past, and the secrets of the world unfolded before them.
