Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

Personality
A dark, imposing cruel beast, Behemoth is a Necromancer specializing in summoning and making pacts with hellhounds, the undead and various demonic forces.

He was already middle-aged and well-respected when he joined the Elite, replacing the deceased Salve Crvx and proceeded to take the Title of "the Priest of Blood", carrying out most of the ritual wolf (especially pup) sacrifices.

Despite his intimidating looks and ominous charisma, Behemoth is actually quite the socialite; he's a charmer, a player, a libertine with a striking allure. He often hosts wild parties reveling in all sorts of debauchery and depravity. A master of seduction, he'll manipulate the reluctant, corrupt the innocent, enthrall and entertain the sensual; this lustful lecher seeks to fornicate with as many partners as possible - regardless of their sex - even within his own Pack.

As endearing he is to his lovers, he's just as vicious towards his enemies and to those who simply reject his advances.
