Yes if you dye a wolf their pups can naturally get that coat, just know if one parent wolf has an exclusive base you mush breed it to another exclusive base for a small chance at the pup inheriting the base, same for crystalline bases

Character Description
Biography
Dozakh means hell in Persian.
This is only the name he prefers to be called by those around him and decided upon this through a dream in which a fiery eyed wolf told him he would be Dozakh. The pup, barely old enough to be self aware and awaiting a name from his mother yet, accepted this. After some days pass, his mother granted him the name Abendrot which, with great fury, the pup told her and all the wolves there to hear of their new pack member "I shall not accept this name, for I will be Dozakh!"
As soon as the pup spoke out against his mother, a majority of the pack began to snarl and called him a devious child deserving scolding. Only there were a handful of wolves who agreed which included the sweet Verity, his remaining brother who would not be named formally, the peasant females who had few rights, and a powerful male most of the pack respected out of fear or otherwise distrusted, Barghest.

After his mothers death, he claimed her copper bullet necklace. His younger siblings protested this and he simply shrugged them off and threatened them when they got after him about it, especially Kisarae. She became outraged, believing she or one of the younger pups should have a say in inheriting the necklace but Dozakh got annoyed enough and eventually looked to Oronoc who backed him and got their sister to bugger off, promising to trade to buy her a new heirloom for the pack to pass down that she could own during her lifetime.
After seasons of watching his brother become older and less capable of getting his way as the superior wolf, he planned his next move. Dozakh waited patiently until the day came that Oronoc and his mate would step down, and swiftly asserted his place as Kral within the hour. How far do Dozakh's plans span into the future?

Personality
Arrogant and bossy, Dozakh does not take bicker from most wolves and always is looking for opportunity to keep lesser wolves in their place. He tends to tell other wolves rumors meant to frighten them and he is not afraid to fight others, knowing his older brother will defend him.

Dozakh likes to explore the furthest reaches of the territory and visit with stranger wolves during his days of rest, never mentioning of his true pack. He uses the name Abendrot when encountering others to keep his identity as Lutum's Druhy confidential, as he promised to keep Oronoc out of possible trouble during his lonesome explorations.
As he grew older, the false name wore out once he became Kral and Dozakh proudly speaks of his superiority in Lutum to the new wolves he meets. Also, after his brother's passing, Dozakh began to lose his bravado nature. Wising up a lot and committing double the effort into training a new Kral and Kralovna after he reaches the end of his solo reign.
