Character Description

Biography
When Lucian was around two years of age he was guarding the den where the pups were. A brown bear happened to find its way to the den. It took him by surprise and managed to get a hit in before he could attack. That hit was over his left eye, and is what caused his dead eye. He managed to fight off the bear, but was much weakened by the encounter. He was able to howl for his pack to help, but the damage to him was already done. The healer wolf of the pack nursed him back to health, but had to inform their Alpha's of his dead eye.
In this pack having a dead eye or being blind usually meant your death. However, having saved the pups from the bear, he was instead banished from pack lands. He was given the rest of that day to say good bye to the pack and his family before he left.

For many moons he has wandered, growing larger and stronger as he traveled. Lucian is an Alaskan grey wolf, which makes him larger than other grey wolves. He knows his size can intimidate others and on several occasions when he would try to carefully approach a pack to see about joining it, he was attacked. Being chased away didn't really bother him, what bothered him was being alone. Loneliness was slowly starting to eat at him, when he got the idea of instead of trying to join a pack he'd start his own.

Often quite and thoughtful, a wolf more prone to let his actions do the talking for him. Although after being alone for many moons, he feels more of an urge to talk to others.

Preferences
Just don't stare at his dead eye and you'll be fine. He gets extremely growly/snarly if he catches someone staring at his dead eye.

His sense of smell and his hearing are a little better than the average wolf's due to having lost the sight in his dead eye. His body is trying to make up for the deficiency that the dead eye causes.
