Why Noctis? : He has surpassing valor and Café au lait said that he reminded her of a chocobo. Since in FF15, we named Noctis' chocobo "King" we thought "Oh, let's name him Noctis' Chocobo" before remembering that Noct is also a king so we should just name this wolf Noct! It was a long process ^^;
