Character Description
Biography
Sao was born to a small family pack. He was the biggest of his litter, and the strongest of his two brothers, but he was always the worst at planning and hunting. Like most young wolves, he soon desired to see what the world had to offer him, and just like that he became a dispersal.
He was always ambitious, with dreams to lead the strongest pack ever seen, and he spent the majority of his time practicing fights and battle tactics, all the while letting his hunting skills slip.
It wasn't long after he set off on his own that he had stumbled across a giant pack of twenty or so wolves, and he knew that was his chance. He knew he could beat the older alpha's, and gain controll of all those wolves. Of course he could do it, he was the awesome Sao!
And yet, when he challenged the larger alpha, he was beaten before he could even blink. He would challenge the alpha, and he would get beaten over and over again.
Embarrassed and frustrated, he stopped with the challenges, insisting instead on following the pack around. When they buried their food, he would unbury it and move it. When they caught a large prey, he would always be right behind to steal a slice. When he would catch them hunting, he would howl to startle the prey away.
Then he met her. A timid little wolf was being tormented one of her larger sisters. Willing to take on any chance to mess with the pack, he didn't waste time to jump between the more dominant wolf and the drooling mess. Unfortunately, before he could prove that yes, he could win fights, he was attacked by the alpha. Badly wounded, but still breathing, Sao made his escape. The next morning he had woken up with a dead rabbit laying across his muzzle, and the fading scent of that timid wolf all over it.
He would meet her again. He would watch her when she went hunting, they would play together when her pack wasn't nearby, they would dream and plan together of a place here she didn't have to be afraid, a
