Diego was born to Vixen alongside his brother River. Diego was close to his brother often sticking close to River except when he needed to go out to patrol. Diego was proud when they got younger siblings: Yukon, Sans, Papyrus, Frisk and Leona.

He helped train Sans and was proud as he watched his younger siblings grow up into fine adults.
