Biography
The crack of thunder, the beginning of a storm, lightning striking in the near distance. The male stared down the female in front of him, yes, he was a loner but he had marked this land as his which made her a trespasser. She seemed timid to him but he knew better than to trust others these days, hence the currently rouge status of his. She dipped her head as a greeting in which the male promptly returned, though he was still on alert. “What brings you onto my land?” he asked the fae. She just shook her head and laughed at him, irritating him slightly. He scowled at her and asked her once more, a warning growl following it. “You males are worrisome for the future gens of wolves,” she replied, a laugh leaving her. He only glared but something inside of him enjoyed the fact that she didn’t submit like others, that she didn’t care about what he had to say. “I’m passing through and I’ll be on this land for a few days.” she supplied, her banner flicking around. She didn’t ask to stick around, she stated. She didn’t call these his lands but rather these lands. “Your name?” he asked. Her only response before carrying onward was “I’ll give you it if you earn it.” Another crack of thunder and a strike of lightning sounded as she began walking away, the rain beginning to finally fall and burst from the clouds. She kept her promise, she was on his lands for three days, on the last, the male had secured her name. Aphrodite. Two years pass, he now has a pack started on the same lands she had once passed through. Until one day a familiar scent hits him, it was hers. The male and his pack had much influence in this part of the forest, their names passed from audit to audit. She had caught wind of such and learned a few things about them, she was here to make an offer. “I know your name now, you know, the thing you didn’t ever share with me. Before you ask how let me explain. You are willing to have other tremble at your name but not a fae can know it, why?” she asked one night, a night she had snuck into his den and he foolishly allowed it. “I have my reasons,” he replied. She glared at him. “You love someone,” she stated. He nodded, curling up in a corner of his den, she followed, sitting herself down right next to him. “Me because I refuse to let you push me around?” the nights from two years ago hits him like a dream. “Maybe,” he replied. “Shadow, alpha of the Leopard Lover pack? Strange name but fearful leader is in love with me?” he grunted at her, ignoring her for the rest of the night and sleeping. She spent two weeks there, they grew close. Eventually, it came time for her to leave again but this time, Shadow asked her to stay and be his mate. They have been alphas for four years now, they have two lovely children. Two daughters, Ebony and Cinder. They hope to continue running their pack until death do they part.
