Named for and based on Izaya Orihara from Durarara, Izaya is my second custom (see Reaver for first) and was a moment of weakness for my wallet. He was a spur of the moment thing. I kinda regret the fact he has AJ in his blood now, but I can't do anything about it, so... I hope you like him!
