Every single goddamn day, he had to bow down. Submit. Be subservient. It was his so called 'Duty'. Of course it was. A lonely omega whose own family had rejected him. Supposedly he was unimportant. Well too bad. He was sick of eating last, of being beaten, starved and rejected.
As he slipped into the forest, he pondered on a new name. Ash. That was what phoenixes rose from, wasn't it? Well, he'd be a phoenix, flying to hope and importance.
Ash was taken in at the border of the Luminous Hope pack, and he has thrived and found peace since then.
