Embittered and sulky, Nihilist is the black sheep of the pack. His aggressive and snappy behaviour is the result of trauma that followed the death of his mother, who passed when he was still very young.
Having failed to take over the pack after his mother's passing thanks to the arrival of Markus and Evelyn, he spends his days in a secluded spot loathing the new Alphas who prevented him from rising to power. To him, at least one of the leaders of the pack must carry the blood of the legendary warrior that was Agnes, and thus he doesn't accept Markus and Evelyn's authority. Markus has little tolerance for Nihilist's behaviour and harshly punishes him whenever he crosses the line.
Despite his different ideas, he refuses to leave the pack, believing that the land his mother used to rule over is rightfully his too.
Because of the way he has chosen to handle things, the rest of the pack is wary around him, and for good reason - he has been known to kill pups born within the pack, a behaviour considered to be unacceptable in this pack.
The only wolf he shows any affection for in the pack is Discordia, his daughter. Northaunt, his only other living offspring, resides in the Vox Nihili pack and often comes over to ask him to share his stories and memories about Agnes, something he's always happy to do.
Both Discordia and Northaunt were born to Astral Disaster, the daughter of Sol Invictus and Atrax Morgue, two fearsome and legendary battle wolves. Nihilist enjoys visiting Vox Nihili's lands when he gets the chance, as the other pack's territory is a place where he can be with others who share his world views.
Admiring and having great respect for Astral Disaster, he takes great pride in occasionally courting her and helping produce a new generation of hunters and warriors who carry the blood of the greatest battle wolves in the history of the realm.
