Yes! I've worked in customer service for so long and it never gets old seeing that light. I've worked with college students and helping them, and seeing that light come back after talking with them is what pushed me to try and help others

Yeah, I getcha! I love seeing that "light" in their eyes when I teach something and it clicks. I really like ffeling like I'm making a difference in kids lives and making them better people for society. It's cringey but it's so true

I teach kinder through 6th grade! Since I sub day to day It's always a different class. I do like working with the older kids though cause I can be more real and direct with them haha. No need to beat around the bush, I can just straight up tell them "what are you even doing" instead of being like "oops, I think you made a bad choice!". Though I alose like the younger grades cause they're ususally so loving and sweet. I love when they hug my legs and tell me I'm the best haha

I get what you're saying. I have to drive it, so it feels just like time wasted. I tried getting into audiobooks but I felt sleepy listening. I'm trying to find a job closer to home but it's rough. Enough complaining from me though lol, what grade level do you teach?

I'm lucky, I have may off-ish, I have jobs here and there but I start work in june through august in a daycare (since schools are closed in summer lol). I used to have super long commutes too, I get the feeling! I read a lot in the bus tho or I studied so I wouldn't "loose the time" (idk how to phrase it in english)

Character Description
Biography
Fire. Thats all she could see. Flames, leaping high; consuming the Woods with a flicker of warmth. However, the heat had no affect on her. She felt as if ice had been injected into her blood; the adrenaline pumping through her veins with each thumping beat of her heart. The cries of agony filled the silence between the sound of cracking fire. Her blue ice surveyed the scene before her, as her world began crumbling down. Everything she had worked for years, now lost in the falling ashes. Blood soaked her brown pelt, causing the fur to turn slick and black. She closed her eyes. She couldn't take it anymore. Half heartily, she collapes down from her paws. Injuries were littered all over her body, but it wasn't the physical pain that was hurting her; killing her. It was the emotional pain that was taking it's toll.

She tried to turn off her brain, escape from her hurtful memories to no avail. All she could hear was her steady breathing, as the fire swept around her small figure. The flames were hot; but they didn't burn her. But she wished they did. Taking a deep breath, the wolf opened her eyes. Behind the safety of the wall of fire, destruction laid. A single tear slid down the fur on her cheek.

Its all her fault...


As she calmed, the fire did too. Soon enough, all that was left of the hurricane of flames was smoking embers and ashes raining from the sky. The adrenaline had faded, and all that was left was guilt.

One paw after another, she got up and limped away from the remains of her past. One thought; one bad emotion. That was all it took to spark such an event. Her anger at a fellow pack mate had turned into a disaster. All it took was one little spark to ignite her fear, anger, sadness; and to cause a flame. One thing led to another, and before she knew it, before she could stop it, everything was gone. Pain lanced her body as her thoughts were running chaos in her mind. No wonder nobody wanted her. No wonder her pack; her family had left her for dead. She was cursed...

Ethne, before she was abandoned by her parents, was a good wolf. She tried hard to succeed, never got in trouble from the Alphas, and was generally, a nice and caring wolf. However, she had always had that spark to her, that caused her to be emotionally unstable. A trigger of any kind could cause her to be fine one minute, to ballistic and a
