Nadia means hope. And that is what she gave the Star Lords.

When she came to the pack, she was mean and sass. But Pulzun fixed that. He trained with her for hours on end, her name when she got there was Shay, which means gift. But when the Star Lords went under an attack, Nadia, at that time was Shay, led the pack away. She came back with blood and bruises, but she saved the Star Lords.

Pulzun was very pleased, that made her happy. He changed her name to Nadia.
He said, "Nadia stands for hope. Hope.... Sometimes that's all you have when you have nothing. If you have it, you have everything."
