Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

Biography
Russet panted, glancing behind her every few seconds in terror. She had to get away from that bloodthristy, lying pack. They never treated the smallest pup well, and Russet knew that. She had scars to prove it. Her wounds were still fresh, the blood running and she finally collapsed, hearing wolf howls from behind her. She recognized them as her old pack's signature sound.
No. Russet thought in terror, unable to move. The packs scent washed over her, as did another wolf's.
"Mebri! Take the second largest! Calla! Take the smallest." Three wolves leapt over her limp body as a face she hadn't seen in moons crawled up to her.
"Russet? Is that you?" We're the last words she heard before she fainted.
Days Later
"That pack is a menace and needs to be taken down. They continuously spread lies and act weak to get their way." Russet woke to the sound of the first wolf's voice she had heard before she had fainted.
"Do you come from the pack of Rock?" The first wolf, a speckled silver and gray male whom she supposed to be the alpha, barked at her.
"Y-yes." She stuttered, frightened they would hurt her too.
"Have no fear, we are only here to help you." The black and slate she-wolf beside her muttered.
