| teddy surprised they didn't mention diet, that's usually a pretty common factor in my experience. Mostly due to the my sheer intake of energy drinks and coffee though. |

| techno this is what i am most annoyed about- the doctor said that it sould be about fitness, but i always do at least 8k steps a day, i play tennis and ride, and i have never heard of unfit people getting the problems i've had. but hopefully i'll get some clarity from my doctor. |
