I believe that is a DF Viti. Looking at a normal DF in the alpha female pose, it doesnt have those large spots all around the muzzle.

It's a bug, but it's one that I don't think is going to get fixed. I recall someone saying that Eve would let them stick around since only the registered defect affected breeding. There have been a few really popular studs that were double defects though.
