My alphas only had two males, if those breed with wolves outside of the pack when they have matured, will I get pups also?

No. The pack that bred your male to their female(s) will get the pups.
Sometimes, however, people will work out 'pick of litter' agreements, where the owner of the male gets a pick of the litter. |
