I keep breeding my wolves with boosts to a wolf with the same boost and the pups never get the boost and it's confusing me....

Breeding two boosted wolves doesn't garuntee you'll get a boost pup. It's a slightly increased chance, yes, but no garuntee. It's all just a game of chance, basically. :P

I bred two wolves with no boosts and I got a pup with nimble foot :P
