I apoligize if this has already been asked, I did a few board searches and no results came up, but if this is already answered, please lock.
Exactly what the title states. I've recently joined an alliance, and I want to battle, but I can't seem to find a way to battle other alliances. Is there a specific time that you can battle, or a specific alliance you can battle?
