Just some common sense reminders. If you order art, you must pay for it. If you don't pay for it, you will be banned from the forums. Please do not post art before coming to an agreement with the person requesting art and do not demand to be paid for said art if no agreement was made. If no agreement was made, the person requesting art has every right to decline your work. If you are an artist and someone doesn't pay for the art, you have full permission to resell the art as a premade. And we do not care if it was for an OC or not as long as the OC is changed/removed when selling. Payers give up their rights when they refuse to pay. You must be able to pay for the art at the time it is delivered. Do not order art if you cannot afford to pay for it. Regarding Reselling: If art is purchased with a no selling agreement then it can not be resold, otherwise it's ok. If you do not wish for your art to be resold please include a No-selling Clause. By using our site, you agree to these rules. Edited at March 24, 2024 03:50 PM by Silver Lined

New rule:
'Please do not post art before coming to an agreement with the person requesting art and do not demand to be paid for said art if no agreement was made.
If no agreement was made, the person requesting art has every right to decline.'

So, a while back I posted an art request, and some person made it without my consent so I felt like I had to pay. And I wanted another person's art. - Is there a way to prevent this?

Caer You don't have to pay for it. You can deny the art. They're not allowed to do that. :')

If someone makes the art without your permission, and you don't want to pay for it, are they still allowed to sell it?

They can sell it, as long as they don`t sell your Ocs (If they were included) Edited at November 23, 2020 10:20 AM by Ashes Of The Moon

I've had an instance where I purchased a custom piece and before they finished it, they changed their regular prices. They wanted me to pay the new price. (I didn't.) Is there a rule against this? Mainly changing the price and demanding that orders made before the change abide by the new prices.

I don't think that's allowed, you should talk to them. RandomAnimootNetwork said: I've had an instance where I purchased a custom piece and before they finished it, they changed their regular prices.
