I used a F2U fox base as a reference to draw one of my OCs. I drawn it in pencil and then done over my pencil lines on the computer. But, when I placed the two together, it looked like I traced over the original. Am I allowed to place my drawing on the site, or is it too close to the original and can't get placed here as it would be dubbed tracing. https://postimg.cc/TpshRWbC

Tracing. I made it so the two would overlap and it looks obviously traced. At least thats what I believe. Either way, heavy referencing is not allowed either, so I wouldnt post it. Edited at April 12, 2021 10:21 PM by Interstellar Sun

Thank you. Its just I'm finding it hard to get a drawing done of my OC when I don't have a proper Character Reference.

I suggest looking at stock images that you can credit, on DA. <3

If it's a F2U base, make sure to look at the crediting information and Terms of Service. Usually, most F2U bases on DeviantArt you're allowed to use, so if you'd want art of your characters using those lines, just give the credit to the orginal artist :)
