I went to Barter > Apples and I was looking at what I could buy. Infound an "increase your wolfs age," option, but no decrease age option? I swore there was one before. Could someone screenshot it if I just missed it?

It's called a Warrior's Stone, right under the Change Pack Name item. This also restricts your wolf's ability to breed.
