<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Problem/Bug: I purchased a Glacier to change my alliance from light seeker to a Darkseeker. When I attempted to change the alliance in my account, it says incorrect data.

You aren't allowed to change factions during the FMC, otherwise the item could be exploited, probably that's why it's not working. I think you'll be able to use it tomorrow when the competition is over.

yep one of the rules a few weeks or months ago it was changed so that you can't use Glacier to change allegiance during the FMC as players can take advantage of that to win.
