Making Alliances is a premium feature.
If you get premium, there will be an option under Pack that says "manage alliance" ^^

How do I get a premium feature??



To get a premium feature you have to buy a premium account. Features aren't sold separately.

It will cost apples. Go to realm>barter>apples

Go to gathering >> alliances and find an alliance you like. Click on that alliance, and scroll down. You'll see a spot to write an application. If you dont see this spot, it means that you dont meet the alliance dominance requirements, or that the alliance is not currently accepting members
