Some scary stories are meant to just be storiesto be spread around and scare the local children.They do not always involve a fictional boogeymanor the creatures that go bump in the night. Somescary stories are all too real. The characters livingright under the noses of everyone else and whenthe moon rises they come out to play. So, some sc-ary stories aren't meant to be just scary stories toscare the kids, you just need to find the right peopleto shine a little light on what really goes bump in thenight.It's not unknown that Los Angeles is a place of a lot of happenings. It's a place with a thriving nightlife, a place where people don't tend to look too closely at its actual workings. It was the perfect place for a gang to get a proper footing. What started out as a single gang soon turned to three when the three leaders started to have some major differences in views. They had all started with one idea in mind; having a family that would forever have each other's back. They created The Hellhounds to offer those like them a place to have, to not have to fear who they were because in a world of normality being slightly different could mean your death. So, they took in the outcasts of the world and gave them a home. For decades The Hellhounds silently ran the streets of Los Angeles, until the differences between the leaders got too serious to recover from. From there stemmed two new gangs; The Men Of Mayhem and The Sons Of Saints. It has been years since their split, but the three gangs are still at each other's throats. It's a constant battle of basically everything; turf, bragging rights, members, if you can think of it; they've most likely fought over it. Will this feud ever end? Who will wave their white flag first?

Rules
1.) Please, if you're going to use an image as a description, include a written appearance that's at least a paragraph long.
2.) If you use images, please credit them properly or don't use them at all.
3.) BOO! Human characters only. Don't try to make a vampire, witch, or a man who can turn into a wolf. This is a human roleplay.
4.) This roleplay is very accepting and welcoming of characters within the LGBTQIA+ community. If you don't agree with that, don't join.
5.) Friendships, relationships, and drama are highly encouraged.
6.) Only five characters per person. Only one character can be one of high ranking (aka any role other than 'member')
7.) You may make characters that are here purely for drama, as family, fans, etc. They will not count towards your max of 5 characters because they aren't permanent to the roleplay.
8.) Do not try to speak as someone else's character or NPC without their explicit permission.
9.) Everyone has flaws, so please do not make a literal god/goddess of a character, please and thank you.
10.) uhhh, normal WP rules apply.
Additional info
1.) Gangs may have two leaders. They can be friends, siblings, or even lovers that wish to rule together. If you and another player plan to do this, or have another creative way as to why there's two leaders- I will likely give you the thumbs up.
2.) Members within the gang can have whatever sort of 'job' you'd like. If you want them to be the bartender, then they can be that. Security? Easy! Negotiator? Done! You've gotta let me know what you're planning though, just so I'm tracking what role each character will play.
3.) For simplicity's sake, it would be nice if everyone used 3rd person POV.
4.) I can and will deny forms as I see fit. I usually try to give pointers before I decide to deny a form though. |

Role (in depth): Niklaus serves as a hitman for The Men of Mayhem, taking jobs that are passed down to him from the gang's leader. He only reports and listens to the leader. However, if the leader tells him to listen to someone else, he will. Personality: Niklaus lacks social skills. Although he knows how to smooth conversations over and how to seduce people, he doesn't quite have the set of skills needed to day to day conversations outside of his work as a hitman. Certain phrases, actions, and terms will fly over his head- especially anything concerning emotions such as romance and love. Despite this barrier, he loves meeting new people and interacting with them. This alone has proven to help him develop more natural social skills, which means he doesn't have to rely on acting to properly hold a conversation without sounding like he has never gone to school.
Despite appearing to be calm, cool, and scarily collected- Niklaus can become quite possessive and aggressive. If he likes something or someone, he will protect it/them with every molecule in his body. This comes in handy when he's dating someone. If anyone ever makes a move or makes his partner uncomfortable, Niklaus will handle the situation. Usually it doesn't take more than a few choice words and a mild threat to make people back off, but in the occasion that more force is needed... he will happily throw someone down onto the ground if they deserve it. However, if his partner tells him to not go after whoever made an advance or made them uncomfortable, he will respect that. Niklaus might be a tad more tense though, which can lead into him being a bit more tense, even when he's doing something with his partner. This trait of his makes him easy to manipulate in a relationship if his partner has an appetite for power, oops.
Once you trust get to know the seemingly emotionless, possessive, and monotone hitman, you'll find that he is an absolute sweetheart at the core. Niklaus is the type to open your door, surprise you with flowers, prepare a hot bath, and set up a homemade candlelit dinner for you. When he cares for someone, he'll do whatever he can to please them. So, by default he acts as chivalrous as he can and on top of that he likes to spoil them with gifts, physical affection, and words of affirmation. Once more he's exposed by a trait of his. His need to please and worship can go two ways. In the end, he'll do anything for the one he loves.
Appearance: Niklaus Marilyn Wolf is a man of tall stature, standing at 6'5". His body is built as if the gods themselves sculpted him from clay, skin smooth and taught around his muscles. Decorating his defined body are tattoos that dance across his shoulders and chest, drawing more attention towards the body he worked long and hard to get. Tucked away from the public's view are his scars. Most earned throughout the time when he was being extensively trained as a hit man, enduring pain and torture to shape him into the perfect weapon.
The majority of his scars rest on his back, the jagged lines criss crossing each other- telling the story of his worst punishments. Other scars rest right below the waistline of his pants, resting on his hips and right above his groin. These scars are smaller and more intricate. Concentration went into these scars, if one wasn't careful, they'd assume he did it to himself... which would be far from the truth. The last scar rests along the palm of his hand, earned from the time he grabbed a blade to stop it from striking his body (yeah, I never said he was intelligent).
Klaus' hair is naturally dark brown in color, however he prefers to dye it a cool silver color. His hair is long enough where he could potentially tie it up, in which case he'd pull it back from the middle to make a small bun. Niklaus would then take gel to his hair, smoothing it back to look appear more put together/clean when he's out on dates or when he is out completing an assignment. Matching his silver hair are two blue hues, tinted grey naturally and giving his eyes the appearance of a cloudy sky, as if grey clouds were rolling into the clear blue sky and dimming it. Unlike his silver hair, Klaus' facial hair remains it's naturally dark brown color- framing his jaw nicely and giving him a more rough appearance. Most of the time he'll opt to not get rid of his facial hair, but every now and then the hitman will shave his face perfectly and start over. Niklaus will never grow his facial hair out long enough for it to be able to be grabbed though.
If I had to describe him in simple terms... Niklaus is a pitbull. His appearance puts people on edge despite how insanely sweet he can be. Cursed with a resting bitch face, Niklaus appears to be one of the most unapproachable people ever. However, as soon as he flashes that sweet and shy smile- cheeks decorated by dimples and a rose blush- you'll quickly realize that you were wrong about him. In the end he's a really intense teddy bear.
Sexuality: He may deny it, but he's bisexual
Relationship status: Appears to be single. Might have a thing going on with someone, who knows.
Other: Niklaus is not the type of guy to listen to anyone in the gang (or any other gang) that tries to give him any orders. His loyalty lays solely with the leader of The Men of Mayhem, Lucas. With that being said, he's uh- not really afraid to get into a fight with anyone, even if they're in the same gang as him. He's quite literally a dog that can only be controlled by one person, except he's not really a dog... but you get what I mean, right? |
