The shading is a bit off, picking out a point where the light is coming from always helps :)

I think points are good honestly,but dispersion of light in air is not visible-I think it lacks glow effect.

To elaborate:
In daylight a dispersion is not visible cause light is white.
But when light source is colored(aka not white),green in your case,that dispersion is visible trough air.And I think that shdows made from colored light are not ony dark grey,but it gets very light hue of green(in your case).
