Rules 1: Hate the character, not the player. 2: Follow all of Sixbear's already made rules. 3: You must be able to play at least two characters. 4: This is a semi-literate roleplay, so 150 is the minimum word count, you must be able to match that. (More is encouraged!) 5: No super sad backstories, no perfect everything backstories, keep it a nice balance. Everyone loves balance. 6: Do not be petty if your character sheet is declined. (No "I'm sorry i didn't meet the requirements but whatever", make sure you meet the requirements before signing up maybe instead of complaining) 7: I will play the headmaster, but the amount of students is unlimited. (for now) 8: Demons may be able to shift, have extra limbs, etc. However, if it is a powerful ability it must have a side effect to match. 9: Demon hunters will not have abilities, as they are human, but they will have powerful weapons. (Nothing unrealistic) 10: I am the host, everything must be run by me first. This will also be world building within the group, so have fun with throwing ideas out there! 11: You must be active, if you do not join us in the discussion thread your character will get killed off/ignored and taken off the list. You may reapply later on, though. 12: Swearing will happen, but don't over use it. (No swearing every sentence) These rules are subject to change at any time Salem feels like it. Name: Lucan Maurin Role: Demon Hunter Species: Human but descended from a famous demon Age: 18 Height: 5'6 Appearance: Has a lean yet muscular body making him strong for his size. Has many scars around his body from fighting demons and humans as a mercenary and demon hunter. His most noticeable scar is a long scar across his jaw down to his neck. He's got shaggy dark brown almost black hair, tan skin, and golden brown eyes. He's tired looking yet handsome often seen with a bored or unemotional expression. He's got a large nose and sharp jawline with his face cleanly shaved. Personality: He's naturally stubborn but not too unreasonably. He's often impassive and sarcastic but even though he acts like he doesn't care about anything he actually does. He rarely shows a lot of emotion but feels very emotional at times when alone or provoked. He doesn't usually open up to people but if he becomes close enough with people he starts to show a little more he starts to feel like he can safely be vulnerable with people. He doesn't really have a hate for demons but dislikes them nonetheless as he's been attacked countless times. He's calm in tough situations but if provoked he has a pretty nasty short temper. Backstory: He was an orphan raised in combat to become a soldier in an army with many other boys his age. However after years of being in the army they were ambushed and almost all killed off in one battle. He is one of the few survivors. It is unknown why they were attacked and almost killed off. After that he set off alone to become a mercenary and demon hunter. He decided to hunt demons after one had attempted to murder him. Even though he became a demon hunter he doesn't really get along with the other hunters or anyone at all. This causes him to feel pretty lonely throughout his time as a lone mercenary and hunter. Likes: Blades, fighting, challenges, animals, gold, spicy good, being alone to some point, having company that doesn't annoy him, books. Dislikes: Demons, certain people, bodies of water, dogs, bow and arrows, crowds. Biggest fear: Betrayal, bodies of water, losing himself Talents: close-combat, strength, using blades with precision, handling animals. Weapon choice: Mostly any blade but loves swords, daggers, and sickles. |

He likes to be alone most of the time doing his own thing but truly does enjoy company and feels lonely without it. Very sarcastic. Weapon: He is skilled with any kind of blade.
