(Currently your pack happiness has improved to 47)

To raise pack happiness, you should keep wolves fed and watered, make sure they have good affinity with each other and have all wolves be of different dominance.

Your current problems seem to be:
Dominance. You have several 1 and 0 dominance point wolves. They should all be at different amounts to raise pack happiness

Bad affinity. For example, Darkstar strongly dislikes Copperpelt. Going to a wolf's page or clicking on the "i" button on a wolf in your den page will show its affinity with the other wolves in your pack. This can be solved by using an item called Make Friends, which unfortunately, costs apples, or by making the unpopular wolves leave your pack.

Edit: New pups may change the affinity of a wolf, depending on whether your existing wolves like the pup or not.
