Rules

Follow all of WP and Eve's rules please.

1. Please be as active as you can and communicate if you're going to be away for a bit (If you can anyway, I understand life events!)

2. Semi-Literacy is a must for this Rp.

3. You may reserve for your character, but that reservation lasts only 48 hours.

4. No god-modding, Gary Lou or Mary Sues. You're human is not all-power, nor are they perfect ;)

5. Max 2 characters per person.

6. No, you cannot play an animal (yet, we'll see.)

7. What's your favorite post-apocalyptic show/book/movie/game? Lemme know in the 'Other' so I know you're paying attention :P

8. Please message me if you plan any wrench-in-tire events for your characters, or anyone else's (Make sure you also message them for permission if their characters are included!)

Jobs

Electrician - Works with all things electric. Can be mixed with Engineer and Architect.

Engineer/Architect - These guys design and build new things and buildings. Can be mixed with Electrician.

Chef/nutritionist - Cooks the yummy food, has the scientific know-how on whats best for you. Can be mixed with botanist.

Botanist/farmer/Hydro. - Grows herbs, foods, studies plants and the effect of the environment on them. Can be mixed with chef and hunter.

Military - These are our guards, proctectors, fighters. Can be mixed with Hunter.

Hunters - The ones that can go and get the food, can scout the best areas and find things by tracking. This can be mixed with military, and botanists.

Medical - These are the ones that can heal injuries, determine illness, and cure what they can. Can be mixed with botanist and nutritionist.

Characters with these jobs will have to do their jobs of course when landing on the ground.

Appearance:

Jason stands straight at 6’2 with broad shoulders. Weighing in at roughly 209lbs, with a fit yet not lean build. A filled out, more rectangled body. Squared head, avarage sized hands and nose. His ears smaller than the avarage. His skintone a muted brown, however when doing activities his features can became a hushed red. Around his neck he has black lined tattoo of bird’s wings. Across his upper back a pheonix tattoo. He has bushy black eyebrows. Curious yet stubborn dark brown iris’s in his hooded eyes. His raven black hair is trimmed on the sides and back while a long side part on the top. The fallen pieces reaching just below his eyes. He also has a black well shaped beard.

For a casual wear you’ll find Jason in a white t-shirt underneath his black leather jacket. He has two patches on his jacket. A military patch on his left shoulder. The second is on the back of his jacket, a mass patch with a gray wolf growling. Fitted worn blue jeans, and black and white tennis shoes.

He wears multiple accessories, and not all are necessary, but wanted. While not in his military uniform you’re likely to find him wearing a black baseball cap overtop his hair. Next accessory is for when it bright out, he’ll wear some dark sunglasses. Which he keeps in his pocket’s while he doesn’t need them. His final accessory is a tan leather belt which is a rustic red color.

Jason is a calm, respectful person who sticks to his beliefs. That is until they can be proved wrong. One of those beliefs is everyone deserves his respect UNLESS they prove otherwise. He makes sure to full-fill promises and tasks he is given. He is not someone to wait around. If something is not being done he will do it himself.

Like everyone Jason can be sarcastic and an be a total fool at other times. As he tries to fix situations with humor or in hard conversations he’ll end up joking around. Humor is how he helps other people’s emotions regulate in his mind. Also how he mask’s his own feelings. Growing humorous when he’s trying to cheer someone, in pain. Now he’ll become twice as determined and serious when scared or grieving. While cheering someone up he is patient. At the same time he’s awkward and he doesn’t understand how to deal with his own feeling to help others in their vulnerable states.

Jason can be protective over his friends and children. (He doesn’t have any children himself) He easily lets people in, now do they see past his wall to his vulnerable side? Rarely.. but he’ll take especially younger adults under his wing. He in fact has never strived for physical aggression yet protecting those who he cares for. Now with saying this all.. He will fight to the utter end but if it came to a situation where he had to pick between him and someone he hardly knew.. Well as selfish as it is he’d pick himself.

No he may never tell you the truth about what’s going on his mind. Yet he is a dandy listener and will let you ramble on about anything that is seemingly troubling you.. The reason for telling no one about what happens in his thoughts is because he gained insecurity in high-school. That didn’t leave him as he grew older, now insecure about his purpose, personality, appearance. You name it. He taught himself he was only another useless person holding down the universe. No matter what he tried he couldn’t change his mind on this.

He wouldn’t snap quickly at the moment. Now if some major events happen that might shift that a bit.

Biography:

Jason grew up a middle class life. Yet he had a father who did whatever he could to get Jason into karate and boxing. So he could protect himself, those who couldn’t, and his family. Specifically his disabled mother once his father would unfortunately die when he was 16. The same general time he started getting quite insecure. Now he never enjoyed it as it was more of a forced activity. However he trained, if he’d have to be forced to do something.. Well he’d be sure to be great at it. Once he hit 18 he joined the military and went out to battle twice and thankfully survived.. His path was determined to make sure he knew how to fight. So he went out and protected his country.

Reason for volunteering:

When he got the offer to volunteer for this position he immediately rejected. As he slept on it though. He decided if something were to happen.. Well he had the skills and he wasn’t anything to his planet other than dead weight. On the other hand this might help his planet learn some new helpful remedies and information.. So next day rolls around and he came back to the office the next day and made the decision to put what he was forced to learn to use.

Appearance:

Levi stands at a solid 5’9 but with his slump 5’8. He weights in at 176. He’s a lean bean, he doesn’t have prominent muscles but he hasn’t let go of his body either. He might be lean but he has enough size to fend for himself. He has a sharp jawline, rounder cheeks with average sized features. Freckles were splattered over his light peach face, shoulders, and arms. He has some brown scruff on his chin and up his jawline. Emerald green almond shaped eyes resting just right beside his nose. He has thin eyebrows colored the same as his hair. His brunette hair falls above to just about to his eye. His hair goes down beside, framing his face. Almost like a short wolf cut. The back of his hair goes to his neckline, like a mullet. (I suck at explaining hairstyles)

Levi’s ideal choice of attire is a dark turtleneck. For an extra layer he'll usually be seen wearing a sized larger leather coat that ends at his waist. Gray, tan, blue cargo jeans are his go to choice. Lastly his ideal choice of footing are some dark red tennis shoes.

He wears few accessories, It's rare to find him without his round, silver tongue piercing. He also wears a silver beaded necklace with a wooden cross on the end to show his religious beliefs. His final accessory is a dark rustic belt.

Levi is a bright kid. Always up to learn something new about his passion’s and he’s just a generally clever lad. Now he’s intelligent in the stuff he wanted to learn. Which is plants and how the food chain worked through plants, their uses. Big, small, you name it. Though the stuff he didn’t care about as much was socializing. He’d rather study and be isolated with his headphones. Than out at parties, events, and just generally populated areas. Causing him to have trouble reading social cues and understanding sarcasm from seriousness. So he takes everything literal yet not to heart.. usually… However this can make him a goof and give someone a good laugh. With saying this all he can be a bit standoffish. Focusing on stuff he deems important alike his research and not relationships. If he believes you’re telling him he’s wrong about his craft he will grow defensive. N’ just irritated the rest of the day. Yet he’d never throw hands. Atleast no ones ever pushed him that far.

No, Aslong as he’s not the last hope he can manage it. If he’s doing what he was asking to do and someone is nitpicking him. He might snap then.

Biography: (Tell us about yourself.)

Levi grew up a relatively well rounded childhood. Parents were together, he had 2 siblings a brother and a sister, and he was good in school. He lived in a small house, where he spent most of his time on his laptop studying or in books. Once he graduated he left for a collage 2 hours from home. Hardly keeping in touch with his parents. He got a botany degree. From that day forward he spent his days in a big lab company in the city. Doing multiple tests on plants and finding there healing properties for humans and keeping the different environment’s alive. He was then randomly asked to volunteer after weeks of it being a hot topic in his town. And he accepted, wanting to help his home with the research he’d gain.

Reason for volunteering:

To hopefully learn helpful information for his home to help the sick, ecosystem, and food. He was also enthralled with the idea of learning about another planet. His planet being so much different to earth.
