You should be able just to upload it from "New" then go to "open" and files should pop up. |

I don't use android so I may be wrong, but I don't think their OS supports .psd files. |

I think Dash is right, try saving the file as a layered pdf or tiff file. those formats can be opened in more than just adobe and they will save your layers |
