Oh gosh that's the worst ;-;
My place had a pretty solid group for a while, and honestly trying to return without them just sucked.
I'm so sorry to hear that about your coworkers. They really make or break the environment.

Spookybeast, ugh. But isn't that how they all start?

I worked at a burger restaurant, so nothing super glamorous, but when I first started everyone was so tight knit - then it just kind of went to crap as my hiring group and several of my favorite coworkers quit. I stuck it out for 7 months after that but it was such hell. Gossip, man. <|3

That is super super nice though!

Trust me, it really was *such* a good place the first three years. Things took a turn for the worst last year after the head chef left :(

I'm not sad for leaving it now, as it is, but more so for the fact that it's not the same place it was when I started?
And I'll miss the regulars, but thankfully it's such a neighborhood area I can easily go pop into another restaurant on the street to see them

It has been sent 💀🤞

10:34:02
Spookybeast, oh no! Don't take it as a value judgement. I'm sure there's *something* at that job that potentially would have got me but I just didn't stick around long enough to find out.

Keeping a job that sounds... frankly, pretty chaotic for that long is super admirable though.

Are you a bit sad about leaving?

LMAO
In my defense
That was my first time crying in that position since I started, as a highschooler

Otherwise I would've chewed out every coworker I had about who was supposed to be taking care of the book when I'm not there X'D

Coolio perfect!
It's always odd looking with weekend shifts >>

 Hades
10:30:24
Spookybeast, see? That was my issue. All of the other hosts were *really* sensitive and would cry so people were a lot less harsh with them.

I couldn't cry about that sort of stuff even if I wanted to so people were always emboldened to be so much worse to me, HAHA. Like I assure you sir, if I could muster up some feels about this, I'd feel them just for you. <|3

Omg I had a six top walk in for a reservation that wasn't in the book

I straight up cried and they felt so bad they went across the street💀
 Hades
10:27:28
Spookybeast, I'm the same, unfortunately. I always talk big game about jobs but I kind of pride myself on being able to stick out what others can't and customers at my job always *loved* me.

But uh, yeah. Feel you there. Or when people wouldn't write down reservations for significant parties (like 20+) and then they'd show up asking for their table and I had to tell them it would be a 2 hour wait because no one took them down. .-.

Send it! I'm sure it'll feel like a massive weight off your back as soon as it's done.

Someone help me do a quick math check >>

If I'm working Friday + Saturday
And two weeks from today is Thursday, the 21st,
That means my last day would be the 16th?

New Horizons
One thing I notice Is it seems like the head is too tiny for the neck and rest of the body. I would recommend just sizing it up a little or looking a reference photos of wolves or any canine. Also I see you wrote slender legs on the reference sheet and to make them smaller I would first look at a reference photo of its skeleton and see where all the joints bend so to get that slender look you can kinda stay closer to the smaller side instead of a thick leg. Sorry I'm not much help but a way to also help your character feel more alive is have their joints bent at some places so they aren't stagnant. I watched an episode of Jaiden Animations and one thing she said was pretend your character is in a box or coffin and try to draw them outside of that. I can try to draw what I mean if it doesn't make sense, but I'm kinda typing this late at night XD

Ahh! That is so cute *^*

So far, only thing that would make it better would be to thicken the back of the neck a bit, but otherwise perfection at the moment!

I need serious help. :,D
Do you have a coloring guide?
Or something like that, because I absolutely hate this, and the commissioner paid 15 apples, I can't give them this, so i have to re-do it.
Any coloring suggestions and/or steps?

Ok, first thing first, your dessert looks a bit too yellow-green. I'm gonna suggest using a more brown color for your dessert and a much brighter yellow for the sun.
You should also use more contrasting colors for things and bring out highlights and shadows in your colors.
One of my favorite ways for adding varying colors for a more realistic look is, using the basic brush, changing the flow as well as the opacity of the brush (program allowing) and going crazy XD
The more soft and varying colors you add, the better it will look. But, that is of course my personal opinion.

Also, may I critique one more thing? Your bird is lookin a bit funky. I want to sujest sizing the head way down and using smoother/straighter lines to connect the head to the body. Most Birds really don have any sharp curvatures on their neck and little distinction between the end of skull to the neck or the end of neck to the back when in flight.
^^

Looking good! Keep up the good work!

Help me with the anatomy and the neck, it's been bugging me
(BTW it's a horse rearing )

Carpe

I would say for the last one at fur tuffs and have the fur going down not sideways ^ ^ Hope that helped a bit

Add more fur to make them look fluffy and more realistic and not slick lines as well as have some variation in the fur as it can go in different directions.

Snow
The next seems fine, probably making it more curvy rather than boxy and make the head more curvy as well not like a box. Also the hump of the horses head to their muzzle isn't a big difference it's more like a continuous slope rather than a line and a "hill"

Any critque on this boy? I did him for someone on IG.
