find in explore for scavenge quests, fetch quests you just need to have one in your inventory by any means

Unless its the "Find 3 items in Explore", that one you do have to scavenge from Explore yourself

Dire Wolf, naw, if you have one in your Inventory, it counts - try looking for one in Marketplace > Barter > Search, if you have one in your inventory then open up Gullin's Quests menu, it should mark it as complete, and you get to keep the quest item too

the linework and anatomy could use improvement, but the colors are really nice and you improve so fast! definitely does not deserve that many 1 stars
